The End.

My late wrap up of my challenge story.

His big toothy smile appeared on his face.  “Well come on then! There are a lot of places to choose from. You have a big decision to make.” He opened the door to the ship and disappeared.
I remained standing by my bed.
Cyrano stuck his head back out the door. “What are you waiting for? And by the way you left your bag on the ship. Remember that so I don’t have to come back a third time. I really do hate goodbyes. ”
I giggled. “I don’t think you understand. Yes! I’ll travel with you. Yes, we’ll solve the problems of the world together. And yes, I’ll be your friend.”
Cyrano straightened his suit jacket. “Well. Let’s go save the world.”
I follow Cyrano into our spaceship. From then on, I knew nothing would ever be the same. I looked out at my room one last time. Tests and college could wait. In that moment, following my dreams meant seeing the world, and many others.

Jello

My brain is feeling like jello because of an essay about a shrimp who proves string theory (its going to suck if I did all this work and didn't get into this college.)
So, instead I'm going to post my scholarship essay. It was inspired by the challenge, but I changed it around some. It is long, but I am proud of it.
I have yet to know if I got the scholarship, but I believe its still really good. Sort of.

Exams are finally done.

I did pretty well, and I'm pleased. I canvuse the summer to focus on something I can enjoy and something I can use to channel my nervous energy about senior year and college into something I can look back on and be proud of.

Now I can finish up a challenge that I'm far behind on. That doesn't matter however, because I really enjoyed writing the story and I'm proud of it.

The challenge may take a while to complete because of college essays, but I'm surely going to finish.
